Memphis 2011

AMBUCS presented Amtrykes to vets at our national convention in Memphis.

Several of our members attended the convention  in Memphis.   There were lots of classes availabe to increase our knowledge in several areas. Some of the classes included the duties of the officers, grant writing, marketing, and learning about the newest Amtrykes available and the proper way to put them together and fit them to a receiptant.    At the Amtryke Rodeo, we gave away 45 trykes to the children of the Memphis area.  We also gave 20 bikes to the veterans of the area. 
What an awesome sight to see!!!!  
 Children that had never been able to ride a bike, and vets that could no longer ride a bike, are now very mobile. It was great to learn about some of the new things available to Ambucs, to socialize with old friends and to make new ones.  We even had a little time to check out Beale Street, eat some Memphis Bar-B-Q, and do a little sight seeing.

Riverfest Parade

Air Capital AMBUCS participated in the annual Wichita Riverfest Parade on June 3th. It was the debut event for the new trailer. Due to wind conditions in Kansas (image that wind in Kansas) the large rider graphics could not be added. Click here for pictures.

Plane Wash

Air Capital AMBUCS hosted a plane wash and fly-in at Colonel James Jabara Airport on June 11th.
